Solos
Want to get individual feedback from master faculty in NYC and ANOTHER chance to perform? Perform your Solo at the PULSE! Top soloists will be asked to perform in the Opening (choreographed by Radio City Rockette, Ashlie Wells) and Closing Number (choreographed by current Britney Spears dancer, Judson Emery). PLUS, the panel will choose PULSE Premier Performers who will be asked to re-perform their solo in the GALA along with the opportunity to perform their solo during our 2011-2012 regional tour in any city they choose!
Intensive
For those of you invited to our PULSE Intensive, congrats! Make sure to register soon as we are filling up fast! Learn and perform a piece choreographed by one of our Faculty, in a smaller more intimate class size. This is another fantastic performance opportunity that you don’t want to miss! Showcase
Get your group together and perform in the Showcase! Space is still available and we would love to see your group on the PULSE stage in lights! All new showcase pieces are up for choreographers' pick - an award of excellence given to selected routines by the PULSE faculty! Your group may be asked to perform in the Final Night Gala!
MAKE CONNECTIONS:
Every great dancer needs a great headshot! Melissa Hamburg, NYC professional photographer, will take your picture right at the event, working around your schedule. A $500 value for only $150! Plus, enjoy meeting dance agents for discussions and agencies choosing dancers to represent - right out of class!
NEW! PULSE FEATURED CHOREOGRAPHER
We invite all of our 2010-2011 PULSE Choreographer’s Pick recipients to re-perform their piece at our PULSE Summer NYC Showcase, and be eligible for our PULSE Featured Choreographer award! The PULSE faculty will select the best of the best to receive this award. Selected pieces will re-perform in the PULSE Gala on Sunday, July 31. Each performing dancer will receive a 2011-2012 PULSE regional scholarship, and the choreographer(s) of the chosen piece will be asked to set either the opening or closing number at one of our PULSE Summer 2012 events! This is a tremendous opportunity for these fabulous choreographers to set new pieces on our PULSE dancers and be recognized for their unique talent.
